Shipping

We work with Speedy and BoxNow. Depending on the courier you can receive your parcel:

• to a Speedy office — you collect the parcel from a courier office;
• to a BoxNow locker — 24/7 pickup from an automated station;
• to your address with Speedy — the courier delivers to the address you provide.

Standard shipping fee: €5,00. Orders above €60,00 ship free of charge.

The exact shipping amount is calculated and shown at checkout before you confirm the order.

• We dispatch your order within 48 hours of confirmation.
• Delivery usually takes 1–2 working days.
• From a BoxNow locker you can collect your parcel 24/7.

You can pay by card online or cash on delivery — with no extra fee for cash on delivery.

With cash on delivery you may inspect the parcel before paying. If the contents are damaged or different from what you ordered, you are not obliged to accept it.
