Returns & guarantee

If you feel no difference within 60 days of delivery, email us at support@omnihealth.bg or call 0888 000 000.

We refund the full amount to the card used, or to your bank account for cash-on-delivery orders. You do not need to return the packaging and we ask no questions.

Under the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act (ЗЗП) you may withdraw from the order within 14 days of receipt for unopened products.

Opened food supplements cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (exception under art. 57 ЗЗП). This does not limit our 60-day guarantee under section 1, which applies to opened jars as well.

If your parcel arrives damaged or contains the wrong product, send us a photo at support@omnihealth.bg. We will send a replacement or refund you — at our expense, including return costs.

In case of a dispute you may contact the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Commission — kzp.bg, or the EU online dispute resolution platform — ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
